Zeynep Çelikyay Doğu

Attorney Zeynep Çelikyay Doğu received her law license in 2015 and joined Kulat Law Firm in March 2025. Specializing in commercial law and corporate law, she has spent over 10 years working as a consultant for corporate companies and managing contract processes. Beyond commercial law disputes, she has also acted as a managing attorney in Ankara for corporate clients in matters concerning energy law, zoning law, and public law, representing them in Council of State and Court of Cassation proceedings. In addition to commercial litigation, she manages merger&acquisition, and demerger processes, general assembly meetings, share transfers, internal regulations, and GDPR compliance projects. She received her foreign language education in the UK and is professionally fluent in English.
