Süleyman Kulat, born in 1938, graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Law. His employment in Türkiye İş Bankası, a long-established bank in Turkey, constitutes the major part of his career subsequently to which, he worked as notary for around eight years. After gaining invaluable expertise in these above mentioned sectors, he started the process of institutionalization of Kulat Law Office in 2000 together with his son, M. Vakur KULAT. He contributed to the office especially through his experience and knowledge in Commercial Law and administration. He improved his then newly founded office and left to his next generation as his legacy. Lately, he supports the office externally with his expertise. With his energetic, collected and sagacious character continues to inspire next generations.
